Carisa comes to the practice with 12 years’ experience in the medical profession as a Patient Care Tech, Surgical Tech, and Administrative Assistant. Having this experience gives her a special perspective on health care practices.

Carisa sees the importance of being proactive when it comes to taking care of ourselves. She believes very strongly that we have to be our own advocates and make the decisions to heal as holistically as possible. She understands the importance of treating the root causes of conditions or complaints, instead of symptoms which is why she has chosen to serve her community through Select Health and Wellness.

She loves being outdoors, on the water, reading, and most importantly spending time with family.
