Kara comes to us as an alumni of Georgia Southern University with extensive knowledge in the exercise science realm. She loves to help people reach their health and wellness goals! Having knowledge in rehab modalities and PNF stretch, she will do everything she can to get you back to moving and grooving. In her spare time she loves going to breweries, going to the gym  and hanging out with her pup!
